    Kez Gets Physical: Things I could do better.

    I have really been enjoying making a bunch of lifestyle changes so I can be fitter and healthier. I am exercising regularly, meeting and beating my 10,000 steps a day goals almost every day and I have lost a small amount of my body fat percentage, but OMG there is so much room for improvement! I’ve been thinking about the things I am not really nailing right now and how I can do a bit better. And when I say a ‘bit’ better, I really kind of mean that. I want to hold myself to account, but I don’t believe in extremes. I don’t think I could sustain that so…
